Canada’s Artists Are Being Called to the Mission — T-MINUS 19 DAYS

Mission Control at H2OBoy Inc. has officially declared ACTIVE ARTIST DEPLOYMENT for the Ottawa Strong: After the Storm Community Recovery Benefit Concert & Media Production, scheduled for September 1, 2026, at Britannia Park.

City of Ottawa Rental Permit #R129717 authorizes the approved event at Britannia Park, with a maximum attendance of 499 people.

With T-MINUS 19 DAYS until launch, Mission Control is opening the formal recruitment and audition process for artists, bands, dancers, entertainers and specialty performers.

This is not a conventional talent call.

It is an invitation to become part of a one-time, professionally produced community recovery mission built around the experience of:

EARTH → MOON → EARTH

THE MISSION

Ottawa Strong: After the Storm was created in response to the July 1, 2026 flooding in Ottawa.

The production combines:

• Community recovery

• Music and entertainment

The production's central narrative takes the audience from Earth, into an immersive lunar-community experience and ultimately back to Earth.

The artists selected will become part of the Astronaut & Crew Roster for the September 1 mission.

Performers must be prepared to work within a professional production environment, meet technical requirements, participate in rehearsals or production coordination where required, and execute their performance professionally.

Mission Control is asking their respective management, booking and representation teams to consider the opportunity and determine whether their artists can align with the mission.

The objective is not simply to book celebrity appearances.

The objective is to assemble a historic Canadian artistic response to a Canadian community emergency and connect that response to a professionally produced story capable of reaching audiences well beyond Ottawa.

The September 1 production is intended to create something larger than a concert.

It is a community recovery media production.

Mission Control believes Canada's leading artists can help transform the story of the July 1 floods from one of devastation into one of:

resilience, recovery, innovation and hope.

The production also creates an opportunity to introduce audiences to H2OBoy's broader strategic mission surrounding sustainable water systems and the future of living and working beyond Earth.

THE CITIZEN RECOVERY MISSION

H2OBoy is developing a private recovery framework connected to the economic potential of the professional media production.

The company's stated objective is to potentially direct up to $200 million toward people affected by the July 1 flooding, subject to the final structure, revenues, legal requirements, verification and successful commercialization of the production and related intellectual property.

This initiative is intended as an additional source of assistance, not a replacement for insurance, municipal, provincial or federal assistance.


ORIGINAL CONTENT & RIGHTS

Because this is a professional media production, rights management is mandatory.

Applicants must identify the ownership and authorization status of all material they propose to perform.

Original works are strongly preferred for the live mission.

Previously released material may be submitted as part of an artist's qualification portfolio; however, submission of previously released material does not automatically authorize H2OBoy to record, broadcast, stream, distribute or commercially exploit that material.

All required recording, streaming, broadcast, promotional and future-use rights must be established through appropriate written agreements before deployment.

Where applicable, artists should provide available ISRC information for recorded works.

ASTRONAUT & CREW DEPLOYMENT

Final deployment will depend upon:

• Performance requirements

A written agreement will be required before an artist is officially locked into the production.
