The agreement was signed in the presence of Dr. Louis-Georges Tin, Prime Minister of the State of the African Diaspora, before an international gathering of Kings, Queens, Chiefs, Ambassadors, government officials, international representatives, and dignitaries.

The signing marked the culmination of the Kham Royal Kingdom’s three-day Royal Heritage Weekend and signaled a new phase of international cooperation aimed at transforming relationships between African traditional leadership and the global diaspora into measurable economic, humanitarian, social, and developmental outcomes.

Two SOAD Roving Ambassadors, Mr. Aubrey Richter and Mr. Sebastian Tembo, have spent nearly a month on the ground, working alongside King Tikoe and members of his leadership team.

During that period, the representatives traveled to various kingdoms, met with traditional leaders, assessed community priorities, and helped identify potential areas for development projects.

Their presence reflects an emphasis on moving beyond ceremonial agreements toward practical implementation.
