Because the assistant works from Slack, a Chrome extension and iMessage, using it does not require adopting a separate application. Setup connects it to Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot and more than 1,000 other tools, along with any MCP server. New teammates joining through Slack get a seven-day free trial, paid plans start at $29.99 per user per month on the Plus tier, and credits are drawn from a single pool shared across the workspace.
Approval controls sit between the assistant and the tools it touches. According to Lindy's product documentation, the assistant prepares work, a user approves it, and nothing irreversible happens without that approval. An enterprise tier adds HIPAA compliance with a signed BAA, audit logs and onboarding support.
