SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL, UNITED STATES, August 12, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- AutoAcquire AI, a leading provider of next-generation solutions for the automotive industry, today announced the promotion of Raheel Ahmad and Muddassar Sharif to Co-Chief Technology Officers, effective immediately.— Raheel Ahmad
The move reflects the growing scope and impact of the AI technology and product organization since AutoAcquire AI's acquisition of Virtuans earlier this year, and formalizes the leadership role both have played in building out the company's agentic AI platform, AVA.
Since joining AutoAcquire AI, Raheel and Muddassar have led the buildout of the AI agent layer powering dealer acquisition workflows across voice, SMS, and chat, expanding the platform's ability to operate autonomously across the full vehicle acquisition lifecycle, from seller engagement to appraisal coordination and deal execution.
"Raheel and Muddassar have proven themselves not just as exceptional technologists, but as leaders who understand how to translate AI innovation into real outcomes for dealers," said Anthony Monteiro, CEO of AutoAcquire AI. "Elevating them to Co-CTOs is a recognition of the results they've already delivered and a statement about where we're headed. They will be jointly responsible for the technical vision and execution of our entire AI platform as we scale."
“I’ve spent 25 years running dealerships, and I know what it takes to earn a dealer’s trust,” said Kristopher Zecca Ross, Chief AI Officer of AutoAcquire AI. “Raheel and Muddassar, working alongside a leadership team with deep dealership-level automotive expertise, are building technology that earns that trust one vehicle acquisition at a time.”
Expanding Technical Leadership as AVA Scales
As Co-CTOs, Raheel and Muddassar will jointly oversee AutoAcquire AI's technology strategy, engineering organization, and AI product roadmap, with continued focus on:
Advancing the AVA agentic AI platform across voice, text, and chat channels Scaling infrastructure to support rapid dealer group growth Deepening AI-native capabilities across iOffer™, Comms Manager, Strengthening the security, reliability, and compliance posture of the platform as it scales.
"When we joined AutoAcquire AI, our goal was to build AI agents that could execute human-level tasks end to end for dealers," said Raheel Ahmad, Co-CTO of AutoAcquire AI. "Stepping into this role together with Muddassar lets us keep pushing that vision further by building the technical foundation for a truly AI-native operating system for the industry."
"This step reflects the trust the team has placed in us to lead AutoAcquire AI's technology into its next chapter," said Muddassar Sharif, Co-CTO of AutoAcquire AI. "We're building alongside an incredible group of people, and we're just getting started on what this platform can do for dealers."
Building on Momentum
The promotion comes as AutoAcquire AI continues to expand its footprint across dealer groups nationwide, with ongoing investment in AI engineering, platform security, and dealer-facing product innovation. Raheel and Muddassar will continue to report directly to Auto Acquire CoFounders, CEO Anthony Monteiro and Kristopher Zecca Ross, Chief Revenue Officer.
