Experienced investor and real estate advisor joins the firm’s growing Coastal North Carolina team

Her addition strengthens the firm’s ability to serve residential and investment clients throughout Coastal North Carolina while further connecting the SeaGlass presence across the Coastal Carolinas.With experience spanning South Florida, the South Carolina Lowcountry and Coastal North Carolina, Gregory brings a perspective shaped by residential real estate as well as firsthand investment, development and construction experience.

Gregory will advise residential and investment clients, with a particular focus on helping investors identify opportunities, evaluate potential value, understand development and construction considerations, and make informed real estate decisions.
Since 2022, Gregory has invested in and completed eight ground-up residential units in Fort Lauderdale, including a four-unit garden apartment building and four approximately 2,500-square-foot townhomes in Tarpon River. Through these projects, she has personally navigated permitting, budgets, construction schedules, design decisions and the realities of taking an investment from concept to completion.
Gregory also advises clients throughout Charleston and the South Carolina Lowcountry through SeaGlass South Carolina, founded and led by Sophia Marie Hume. Her continued presence in South Florida provides another valuable connection for clients and investors whose interests extend across coastal markets.

Gregory joins a team that includes Sophia Marie Hume, Principal, Development & Strategic Partnerships with SumnerBaird | SeaGlass, and Ashley James, a real estate investor, renovator and advisor.
