On October 17, Puckerin plans to give one eligible Greater Houston homeowner a complete roofing system at no cost — a gift worth thousands of dollars and one he wishes he could give to far more than one family.
“I’ve had the pleasure of serving so many homeowners this year, but honestly, some of the people who have stayed with me the most are the ones I wasn’t able to help,” Puckerin said. “I’ve sat with homeowners who truly needed a new roof and deserved to have a safe home, but they simply couldn’t afford it. I wish I could give a free roof to every one of them. I can’t do that yet, but for my birthday, I can start with one.”
That “one” will be selected on October 17 — Puckerin’s birthday.
BUILT AROUND A SIMPLE PROMISE: DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO
Puckerin entered roofing in January 2026 after approximately 25 years as a business owner. His experience in the industry convinced him that homeowners deserved something that sounds simple, but can make all the difference during one of the largest projects they may undertake on their home: transparency before the sale and follow-through after it.
Texas Roof Advisor was built around showing homeowners what is actually happening with their roof, explaining their options clearly and making sure the level of service promised during the sales process carries through the entire job.

Only one homeowner can receive the complete roofing system. But Puckerin wanted the campaign to provide something meaningful for other participating homeowners as well.
During the promotion, homeowners who complete a Texas Roof Advisor consultation can receive a $2,500 Texas Roof Advisor Roof Credit toward an eligible roof replacement — whether or not they decide to purchase during the consultation, subject to promotional terms.
No purchase is required to receive the promotional credit, and homeowners do not have to purchase a roof during the consultation to receive it.
“Of course, only one homeowner can receive the free roofing system,” Puckerin said. “But I didn’t want everyone else to feel like they lost. If you invite us to your home and give us the opportunity to educate you about your roof, I want you to leave that experience with something valuable too.”
The giveaway entry deadline is October 11, 2026, with the selected homeowner scheduled to be revealed on October 17, 2026.
