Vancouver Island company introduces a digital connection feature to its handcrafted memorial keepsakes and expands it's Memorial Jewelry Line
The line includes Pocket Hearts, small keepsakes designed to be held or carried, which can also incorporate a
portion of a loved one's cremated remains. They're available as a set of six, so children, grandchildren, siblings, or
other loved ones can each have their own personal keepsake.

Rather than a visible QR code, Forever Connected uses a hidden digital connection embedded in the keepsake itself.
A simple tap with a smartphone opens a private page the family controls, with photos, videos, or messages they
choose to include.
